Human After All
Now that we are home properly for the first time in 5 months we thought we’d give you folks an update about all things Twin Atlantic. What a year it has been so far. We’ve visted 17 countires throughout our 2010 travels; all around Europe with Enter Shikari, a full UK tour with our biggest headline show to date in Glasgow’s O2 ABC (where 1250 of you bought tickets to come along and see us, mental), and a full US tour with The Fall Of Troy and Envy On The Coast where we truly found out what it was to do long drives and literally be inside a tin can for 8 weeks. We also stopped by SXSW for the second year in a row for some showcases and BBQ and we were privileged enough to play both Bamboozle festivals, securing a main stage slot at Bamboozle Left. Now we’re home in Glasgow and wasting no time working on our follow up to Vivarium which is already sounding ridiculous. The last year has been a great learning curve for Twin Atlantic and one of the most amazing times for our band but change is here. Remember this is just the beginning and the best has yet to come.
Before taking some time off to record our debut full length you will be able to catch us live as main support to The Gaslight Anthem in the UK and Amsterdam and at various festivals across UK and Europe. A full update with some special announcements soon.
We want to celebrate the last 9 months by giving a gift to the people that matter most. You. We have teamed up with our boys at RockSound Magazine to offer you all a download bundle. You can get Human After All, the surreal sounding Human After All vs. Innerpartysystem remix and our new video for Human After All absolutely free. Human After All is definitely the darkest track on Vivarium and the video links in with the lyrical content perfectly. It was great to work with Hannah Lux Davis (director of What Is Light? Where Is Laughter? Video) again but for some reason we had more fun making this one...
